This policy covers this website, avecservicecenter.com. It is written in plain English because there is not much to say — this is a simple information website for our repair shop.

We do not collect your information on this site

There are no forms, no sign-ups, and no accounts on this website. We do not ask you to type anything, and we do not run advertising trackers or analytics software. This site does not set cookies.

What happens automatically

Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting company whose servers keep standard technical logs. Those logs typically record the internet (IP) address of the device requesting a page, the date and time, and which page was requested. This is normal server housekeeping and is not used to identify you or to build a profile.

Two features on this page are provided by other companies, and your browser contacts them directly to load them:

• Google Maps — the map showing our location. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads. Google's practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces used on the page, which are requested from Google's servers.

We do not receive or store any of that data.

When you contact us

If you call us, email us, or book through the scheduling link, you are choosing to give us your details so we can help with your vehicle. We use that information only to provide the service you asked for and to keep our own repair records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

Our online booking is handled by Demandforce, a separate company; information you enter there is also subject to their privacy policy.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change how this site works, we will update this page and change the date above.
